User Service Agreement

1. Service Content

1.1 The Platform provides users with auxiliary services related to breast pumps through mobile terminals or other technical means. The core functionality is limited to discovering nearby breast pump devices and controlling them via Bluetooth connection.

1.2 This service does not include the rental or sale of breast pumps, nor does it involve order management, notification functions, data recording, or providing feeding advice.

2. Information Collection and Use

2.1 Bluetooth Permission: The sole purpose of requesting Bluetooth access is to allow the App to discover, pair with, connect to, and control your compatible breast pump device. The App does not use Bluetooth to collect any personal data, scan for other devices, or track user location.

2.2 No Data Collection: We do not collect any personal information, including but not limited to: mobile phone numbers, account details, baby information (such as nickname, date of birth, gender, or feeding habits), device identifiers, or usage logs.

3. Information Protection and Privacy

3.1 As we do not collect any user data, no user information is stored on our servers or locally on your device pertaining to service usage. All control interactions occur in real-time during your active Bluetooth session and are not retained.

3.2 We are committed to ensuring the security of the App itself and the Bluetooth connection process.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1 You have the right to grant or deny the Bluetooth permission through your device's system settings at any time. Please note that denying this permission will prevent the App from providing its core functionality of connecting to and controlling your breast pump device.

4.2 You shall not use this service to engage in any illegal activities, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or violate social morality.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 This service is provided as an auxiliary tool for controlling the breast pump device and is not a medical device. It does not substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of doctors, nurses, or other healthcare professionals. You assume all responsibility for the use of the device and the App.

5.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any data loss, service interruption, or usage issues arising from user device failure, improper operation, network issues, force majeure, or other causes not attributable to the Platform.

5.3 The Platform will make reasonable efforts to ensure the stability of the core Bluetooth control functionality but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Agreement Modification and Termination

6.1 The Platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement based on business development and changes in laws and regulations. Any revisions will be announced through appropriate means (such as in-App notifications, website announcements, etc.).

6.2 If you do not agree to the modified content, you have the right to stop using the Services. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

6.3 You may stop using this service at any time. If a user is found to be violating laws, regulations, or this Agreement, the Platform has the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate their access to the Services.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

7.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Wuxi People's Court for litigation.
